Os Sabores de Los Angeles

Challenge:
Training and impacting the most important tour operators in Brazil by using a very limited budget. Reinforcing the Los Angeles destination to the sales and operations teams so that they know how to sell the destination.Strategy:
CVC is the largest and most important tourism operator in Brazil, with more than 1,200 stores. They are a key partner when it comes to promoting and distributing travel products. As a way to train and relate to the entire core development and promotion team, Imaginadora has created a personalized food truck. The truck was parked in the parking lot of the CVC headquarters all day, distributing food and drink samples, and information from Los Angeles.

Result:
We impacted and trained about 500 people in just one day and reinforced the Los Angeles brand. There was a sales increase of 250 room nights in the summer vacation period.
